Product Information
We supply a wide range of Jute products and cotton shopping bags including customized and bulk order options.
All product images shown on the website or shared through WhatsApp/email are for reference. Actual product colour, texture, or size may vary slightly due to the natural characteristics of jute.
Ordering & Customization
You can purchase directly through our website enquiry option.
For budgeting, customization requests, design discussions, or bulk orders, you may contact us through WhatsApp or email. Customized orders require customer approval of design, quantity, and price before production begins. Once customization work has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
Pricing & Payments
Prices for standard products are listed on our website. Custom and bulk order pricing will be shared via WhatsApp or email. Payments must be made in full or as per the agreed schedule before dispatch. We accept multiple payment modes; details will be provided during order confirmation. All payments are non-refundable once production starts.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India (Pan-India delivery). International shipping is also available; charges and timelines will be confirmed separately. Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to logistics or external factors. Any shipping delays caused by courier companies are not under our control.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations (Bulk Orders Only)
Returns and refunds are applicable only for bulk orders and must be addressed directly with the company. For any issue related to a bulk order—such as damage, quantity mismatch, or incorrect items—the customer must contact us through WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery. An unboxing video is mandatory as proof for any claim.
All bulk-order returns or refunds will be processed only after verification and approval by the company.
Customized bulk orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started.
Quality & Warranty
We ensure quality checks before dispatch.
No warranty is provided for product misuse, rough handling, or normal wear and tear.
